For our tenants we pride ourselves in providing high quality accommodation with a responsive service – we are not an estate agent or lettings agency, but a company who own the majority of the properties that we let. There are no middle-men and your contact and agreement is directly with us.

RENTING

If you are looking for accommodation, we may have a property just for you. We offer accommodation with rental agreements from 6 months to 3 years. Longer term lets are preferred with some of our tenants having rented from us for over 10 years.

Whether you are looking for a single room or 3 bed house, all of our properties are presented to a high end standard. All accommodation is regularly inspected and complaint with current regulatory standards including gas and electrical safety, EPC’s and where required, local council licences.

LANDLORDS

For landlords wishing to sell their investment properties we would be pleased to consider purchasing as a going concern with or without tenants in-situ. Location and condition of properties is not a main consideration, although we only invest in freehold houses, not apartments.

Via our associate investment company we are also open to partnering with existing landlords or investing on a joint venture basis, including taking on the management of your properties.

Property Management with a difference

In addition to the management of our own properties we are also able to offer a full management service to existing landlords.
Being portfolio landlords ourselves we know how difficult and time consuming it can be to manage a property, particularly HMO’s where there are additional regulations and tenant matters to consider.
We are not a traditional letting agency – there are no minimum terms or fees for extra’s, just an agreed percentage of the rent collected. We are also not a Rent to Rent agency where you lose control of who your property is rented to and how your property would be occupied.
Simply, we will manage your property as though it was our own to provide peace of mind that regulatory requirements are met and property inspections carried out regularly with any maintenance issues identified at an early stage.
So whether you have a single buy to let property, an HMO or multiple properties, we would be pleased to see how we can help, the outsourcing of the management to us might well be an attractive alternative to using a letting agent or selling your investment property.

Shared Accommodation in our Houses of Multiple Occupation

For all of our tenants, we want to provide a home not just a space to sleep. This means that our designs feature large social space areas and rooms well in excess of the minimum size standards. Most rooms have en-suite facilities and all are fully furnished with good quality furniture and fittings.

OUR PROJECTS

At any given time we are usually working on several projects, ranging from the light refurbishment of an existing property to the full re-development of a house to create a better living environment.

We have a detailed knowledge of planning and building regulation requirements having worked with several different councils and private sector housing teams.
